Real Expressions

To address one of the most common preconceptions about Botox and fillers — the fear of unnatural results and losing authentic facial expressions — this campaign targeted patients concerned about looking “frozen” or unlike themselves. Our goal was to share this powerful insight with professional injectors, helping them better understand patient anxieties, reassure prospective clients, and ultimately treat them with greater empathy and confidence. At the same time, we set out to demonstrate that with Allergan’s state-of-the-art products, facial rejuvenation does not come at the expense of natural expressiveness. To prove it, we followed 14 real patients and documented their entire treatment journey — without retouching a single image. From consultation to post-treatment results, every moment was captured with complete transparency. At the heart of the campaign was a carefully designed stunt that triggered each patient’s unique, natural expressions after treatment — genuine laughter, surprise, joy, emotion — showcasing in real time that their expressiveness remained beautifully intact. The result was authentic, compelling proof: rejuvenation that enhances, never erases.
